Did you get to a stage where the show was imported and had a link associated with it? do you have that link?

did you do all these steps?

http://www.archive.org/audio/etree-contribute.php?stage=upload_info

and then import the show?

http://www.archive.org/audio/etree-contribute.php

also, if you could re-send the initial help e-mail to the admin list at: etree AT archive DOT org. sometimes mail slips through the crack. we'll help right fast, promise!

(EDIT): if you want to delete your files, if the show hasn't been moved to the public servers yet, you can still log in and manipulate the files. just log into your FTP, and delete what you need to do / did wrong, and then upload the new / good stuff. just e-mail us the link to the old show details page and we'll delete it so you can import a fresh version. cool?

Yes, I got everything done to the point of waiting on md5 check....that is the problem. It can't pass the check because I accidentally got files in there that don't belong. And I am not sure how to delete them myself, so if you could help me out, that would be great!

Here is the link to the details page. Thanks in advance!

You appear have two .md5 files in your folder.
Keep this one, it is normal:
hctm2005-05-27.flac16.md5

Go into the folder and *delete* this redundant one. It has an extra line for the .txt file that is probably messing you up:
hctm2005-05-27.flac.16.md5

Then, go to the contribution page and hit "mark resolved". The system will recheck the md5s for you.

my bands name is pending approval

In that case I bet the main stumbling block is that the band name has to be activated by a curator first before the import can start. What is your band name? There's a chance that it's still on the short to-do list if you sent a band permission email message to etreeatarchiveorg and we can see if it's there. If you have not emailed yet, here are tips:

Hope we can get things rolling for you soon! :)

You are amazing! Thanks for your reply, I have renewed hope in this. My bands name is the Wild Turkeys, and i might not have filled out a band description until last night so that could very well bve what is up, thanks!
